All products are Made to Order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements are only available in the following cases:
The item arrives damaged
There is a print defect or manufacturing error
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Minor color differences due to screen settings
Normal wear and tear
Errors caused by incorrect information provided at checkout
